If you are going on holiday during term time, please ensure you notify the school in advance by emailing or by writing a letter with the dates you will be away and the nature of the holiday/break.
Please email admin@gracemount-pri.edin.sch.uk or write a letter and give to the school office.
If you are requesting a period of absence due to exceptional circumstances where your child/children will be out of school for more than 10 days, please complete the Absence Request in Exceptional Circumstances form. Please then email the form to the school: admin@gracemount-pri.edin.sch.uk
Alternatively, there are paper copies of this form in the school office.
